Disconnect during your vacation at the accommodation "Ca Sa Tati", a spacious and well-maintained apartment located in an exceptional area. This spacious accommodation with sea views is located on the seafront, next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina.



Endowed with an extensive terrace where you always have the option between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and sea breeze.

Through a small door you can directly access the Paseo Marítimo, the sailors and the small Nautical club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes and where Son Serra ends in the east, a sandy beach of almost 2 kilometers opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape behind.



The house has a living room open through wide windows to the terrace, so the living room is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning for the hottest days. In the living room we find a table for six diners, where they can gather as a family to eat, have dinner or have fun with board games.



The accommodation, with capacity for six people, has three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning in each of them on the ground floor. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower tray, one of them is inside one of the bedrooms so it is an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, in a hatch, joins with the living room allowing a common environment, in addition, it is fully equipped. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as the living room.



Until today, Son Serra de Marina is a secret spot for locals. Even in the middle of summer there are not too many people and it is a unique place with its buildings of no more than two floors and surrounded by nature reserves. Take advantage and come enjoy the disconnection that Mallorca offers you facing the sea!
