The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the whole variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

The apartment Ravi offers a lot of space inside and outside. Guests can feel like they are in a single house, with separate access and their own large garden. The large living room is dominated by a natural stone wall with a fireplace. In addition to large window areas, lots of white and splashes of color in the form of art and fabrics bring lightness and light into the room. The apartment has a 35sqm portico area with dining area and separate seating area and sun loungers, where guests can find plenty of shade in summer. The view goes over a rich vegetation of flowering oleander, laurel and rosemary bushes on the opposite hill chain with the villages of Caldana and Ravi, on vineyards and olive groves.
