It has 1 bedroom with double bed (adjustable bed bases and back-friendly comfort mattresses), bathroom with window and living room with modern kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, etc.), which leads to the sunny balcony. The living room has a double sofa bed with full-length mattress, wireless internet access, DVD player and cable TV. 1 car parking space, 1 bicycle garage, 1 lawn and playground equipment are at the house. E-bikes can be charged overnight in our lockable bicycle garage. Shops are nearby (slippers removal), 1 bus stop to Ostland or Harbor is located at the house in the Hindenburgstraße. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are in the communal cellar. The final cleaning is 50 €. Bed linen and towels are available for a small fee.
