The apartment No. 3 is about 75 m² in size. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and 6-person dining table and two separate bedrooms - both with double bed and additional bed. Each bedroom and the living room have a balcony. The shower room has a window to the garden and is spacious. A hair dryer and a make-up mirror are available. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-star refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 4-plate stove and oven, a microwave oven and glasses for 15 people, dishes, pots and cutlery. The apartment includes a cable TV, a radio alarm clock and a CD-cassette radio. This apartment is often used as a hub for shared meals and can be equipped in the dining area for 10-14 people. This is often used by guests who want to book several apartments for a family or friends in the same house. Dogs are welcome in this apartment.
