Holiday house with private pool in a quiet typical Spanish urbanization

The house has a living space of approx. 120 m² and is located in a completely walled plot of approx. 1000 m².

It owns :

A big kitchen,
in which the fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge - freezer is located. A dining area for max. 4 people is integrated in the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a toaster, a kettle, a normal coffee maker, and a "Tassimo".

A living room,
equipped with a small display cabinet, 2 small rattan couches (2 persons each), a large rustic dining table with 6 chairs, a small dining table for 4 persons, and a swing chair. In the room there is a fireplace with heating cassette for the cold days, as well as an individually adjustable inverter air conditioning - cool and heat).
The living room has a flat screen TV and a satellite receiver. Spanish programs can also be received via DVB. With the satellite receiver also radio stations (also German) can be received.

A large bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Equipment bedroom:
1 large double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m with 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe (cupboard portion for guests 1.00 m), 1 inverter - air conditioning (individually adjustable - cool and heat), and a large ceiling fan.
Bathroom equipment: 1 toilet, 1 bidet, 1 bath with integrated shower and shower enclosure 1 vanity with mirror cabinet

A small flat screen TV 19 "with DVD player and a satellite receiver.

1 small double bed 1.40 mx 2.00 m)
A flat screen TV with built-in satellite receiver.
With the television also radio stations (also German) can be received.

In both bedrooms are also:
