The modern apartment is located in a quiet area of the seaside resort Ahlbeck, surrounded by a lot of forest and meadow. The fine Baltic Sea beach is about 15 minutes. Shops and access to bus and train on the island of Usedom are located in about 10 minutes walk. The center of the resort can be reached after about 15 minutes walk. A parking space is available free of charge.

The 30 sqm non-smoking apartment has a modern living room with open kitchen, equipped with oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator, a dining area and a couch. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a second TV. Bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet. A terrace directly at the apartment is also available. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
