Primošten, district of Primošten. The holiday apartment is located on an open waterfront property. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Kitchen in the open-plan kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (induction hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
