With a living area of 65 m², there is enough space for up to 4 people and the total area of the terraces is 235 m². The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms and the cosy living room have a terrace with views of the sea and the mountains.

The patio facing the mountains can be covered with an awning and is furnished with a table and chairs. The apartment has a private car park outside the property.

Outside you will find a lovely communal pool with a thermal roof, which is only shared with guests from holiday accommodation ECC742 on the ground floor, a well-tended garden and a communal barbecue.

Puerto de Mazarrón is 8 km away with a variety of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops and the Condado de Alhama golf course is 41 km away. There is a dog beach just a few kilometres away, so your four-legged friends can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean.
