This modern, central and close to the city forest of Wyk is located on the 1st floor of a residential building, which is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Wyker south beach. The sea water wave pool, Kurmittelhaus, a trim path and shopping facilities are within walking distance. The bus stop and a large adventure playground are about 3 minutes away on foot. A private washing machine in the bathroom is available for a fee. An assigned parking space is located at the house. From your cozy holiday home you can start long walks on the beach, on the spa promenade or through numerous forests and parks. Bicycle tours around the island are ideal. The promenade leads you directly into the city center to the port, where you can take the ferry and start your vacation. On request, we will be happy to pick you up from the port and bring you to the holiday apartment.

The apartment has one bedroom with two single beds. Another bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe offers direct access to a west-facing balcony. From the bright and modern living room with integrated kitchen and seating area you can access a south-facing balcony. Here you will find balcony furniture to relax. But also the opportunity to play, have a coffee or end the evening in peace with a sundowner. From the hall you enter the shower room with hand wash basin, toilet and washing machine. The living area is approximately 60 square meters and is ideal for 2 to 4 people. It is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
