This charming studio apartment is located in a holiday home in Rovinj, Istria, just about 100 metres from the sea. The 25 m² attic apartment offers space for up to 2 people and impresses with a combined living, dining and sleeping area. The equipment includes a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, dining table for 4 people and a private balcony with sea view.



The 10 m² terrace is covered, facing south and equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse. Pets are welcome.



The holiday home offers courtyard and garden use, a sun terrace and a garden terrace, and is located in a quiet residential area. Restaurants, supermarkets, the city centre and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away.



Leisure activities in the area range from water sports, boat trips, diving and snorkelling to cycling, tennis, beach volleyball, kayaking, sightseeing, wine tasting and museum visits.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), use of the communal washing machine, and kitchen towels. Pets will be charged separately.
