This cosy holiday home in Rovinj, Istria, is located just around 100 metres from the sea and offers six comfortable apartments for 2 to 6 people. The 50 m² holiday apartment is suitable for up to 4 people + 1 additional guest and features a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen, SAT-TV, fireplace, air conditioning and two sofa beds.



The 10 m² terrace is partially covered, equipped with lounge furniture, a dining area for 6 people, an awning and a clothes horse. From here, you can partially enjoy a sea view.



The house offers courtyard and garden use, sun terrace and garden terrace. Pets are welcome.



The quiet location in a residential area allows short distances to the beach (approx. 100 m), restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre.



In the surrounding area, guests can enjoy water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, tennis, beach volleyball, kayaking, as well as cultural excursions and wine tastings.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bedding, towels, heating, internet (Wi-Fi), use of the communal washing machine, and kitchen towels. Pets will be charged separately.
