On the ground floor is the spacious living area, which also offers sleeping facilities for 4 people when needed. Also the fully equipped modern open kitchen with dining area, can be found here. A staircase to the upper floor, the two bedrooms and the tiled bathroom can be reached. The Exclusiv equipped and very large bath invites you to relax. The cozy furnished bedrooms offer double beds of 160x200m. The entire light-filled living room is equipped with high-quality light bamboo parquet. A possibility to park bicycles is given in the annex. The apartment is very central, but still quiet.
