The modern 2-room apartment was rebuilt in 2018. The apartment is located upstairs on about 42 m² Wfl.  and has a south orientation. It has an open plan living / dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. With the sofa bed in the living area, the apartment is suitable for up to 4 people. A 8.6 m² large balcony invites you to have breakfast, read and relax. The living area has a satellite TV and an FM radio with CD player. The sofa bed in the living area has a sleeping area of 200 cm x 180 cm and is therefore suitable for two additional people. The open kitchen is integrated in the living area and equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed with a sleeping area of 200 cm x 160 cm. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and a hairdryer. The windows in the bedroom are equipped with window blinds for darkening. In the living area sliding elements for privacy on the window front are available. In the whole apartment there is a floor heating. Special features: A storage room for bicycles is available. There are also 2 bikes (28 inches) provided. The use of the bicycles is at your own risk. The parking space is located directly in front of the apartment. Please note: Non smoking apartment, pets allowed by arrangement. There is a security deposit of 100,00 € in cash at the key collection. The repayment is also in cash on departure.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
