This cosy studio apartment in Porec, Istria, is located approximately 200 metres from the pebble beach and can accommodate up to three people. The accommodation features a combined living, sleeping, and dining area with a double bed, sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric hob, refrigerator, sink, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed.



The covered terrace with table, chairs and clothes horse invites you to relax or have breakfast outdoors. The holiday home offers its guests courtyard and garden use as well as a parking space on site. Bed linen and towels are included.
