This cosy apartment on the island of Ugljan offers comfortable space for up to four people on 40 m² and combines modern facilities with direct sea access. The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, espresso machine and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and heating provide additional comfort, a communal washing machine is also available. Pets are welcome, a maximum of three can be brought along.



Noteworthy is the 15 m² large, covered terrace with sea view, table, chairs and direct access to the well-maintained garden. Only about 60 metres away is the nearest pebble beach, which invites you to relaxing days by the sea. Other beaches, restaurants and shopping opportunities can be reached within a few minutes' walk.
