Apartment

Cozy, bright and quiet is my apartment - right at the foot of the Wank with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains: Zugspitze, Alpspitze and Kramer! There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large wraparound balcony (25 sqm) with sun guaranteed from morning to evening, elevator, underground parking and parking in the area. And of course high speed Wi-Fi, TV / DVD. Arrival and departure very flexible according to your / your wishes and my possibilities.
Perfect for 2, max 3-4 guests possible! Dogs welcome.

Directly at the foot of the Wank, you are in 3 minutes in the middle of nature and on hiking trails or in 5 minutes in the historic Ludwigstrasse. There are numerous restaurants, my favorite café The Ludwig, the Chocolaterie Amelie and nice little shops to discover. From my apartment you can walk directly to Partnachklamm, the ski jump can be seen from the balcony and the natural swimming pool Kainzenbad is also only 10 minutes away. But there are also many wonderful lakes for swimming. The Garmisch-Classic ski area is just 3 km away.
Last but not least: Supermarket and bakery are in 300 m, and a bus stop is also in front of the door.
If you want, I can get many tips on sports and outdoor activities, as well as restaurants or cafes. Just ask! :-)

Attention: The municipality Garmisch-Partenkirchen charges a tourist tax of 3 € / per person per night, which must be paid upon arrival. I forward the guest registration and visitor's tax directly to the community, for that there is the GaPa-ErlebnisCard for the duration of the stay (more information in the appendix).
