The apartment is mostly equipped with natural materials and solid wood furniture. The desire for separate sleeping places can be met by sleeping on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The residential complex is located directly on the dike behind which the beach begins with dunes. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping and dining options. A parking space belongs to the apartment, otherwise it is easy to travel by bus and train. There is also a lockable storage room in the basement (No. 202) so that you can store your bikes there, for example.
