This modern studio apartment in Icici, Kvarner Bay, is located just about 100 metres from the sea and can accommodate up to two people. The accommodation features a double bed, a living and sleeping area with air conditioning, WiFi, LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooker, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of three per apartment.



The holiday home offers a well-maintained courtyard and garden, a garden terrace and a traditional grill house (Komin) for shared meals outdoors. Bed linen and towels are included.



The environment is ideal for families, couples, and groups who want to combine beach holidays, active holidays, or cultural trips. Gravel beaches and concrete plateaus are just a few steps away, and restaurants, supermarkets, and the town centre can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Water sports such as swimming, sailing, windsurfing, diving, parasailing, or water skiing are possible nearby.



Additional costs are incurred for pets. All other costs for electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, bedding, towels, internet and use of air conditioning are included in the price.
