Your holiday home in the enchanting seaside resort of Prerow is located directly on the harbor, from which it is only separated by the small, little-used street Krabbenort and a dike. Here you live quietly and close to the Baltic Sea!

House "Herta" is a self-contained holiday home half and can accommodate a maximum of five people. The house was built about 300 years ago as the house of the Dorfschulzen the municipality Prerow. In the 90s the house was extensively restored and expanded according to ecological criteria. You live here in a historic and lovingly restored building with thatched roof, whose walls are partly made of timber and clay.

The approx. 100 m² living space of the house is distributed on two floors: On the ground floor are the large living room (30 m²), a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. In the attic is another spacious room (30 m²) with sloping walls and roof terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the harbor and Prerow and the surrounding area.

The holiday home has a well-landscaped, cozy and spacious garden.
