The standalone cabin, built in 1810 and renovated in 2010, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and horse stable. Rennweg am Katschberg, 1200 m above sea level. The hut is located in a holiday complex, on a 6000 sqm open garden plot with lawn and shrubs. The house offers comfort and amenities on two floors and 40 m2 for 2 - 4 people. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountain scenery. The house is situated on the sun terrace of the Katschtal valley. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 600 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Car park (for 7 cars) on the property.
