The house was rebuilt in 2019.

Sleeps 4 adults + 1 toddler or 2 adults and 3 children (in a 180cm bed)

The house is approx. 90 m2, offers a spacious living area, 1 bedroom with double bed, baby bed and balcony, another bedroom with door to the front garden, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower. Enjoy your breakfast on the large terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea on the horizon.

A total of 5 beds are available, should you need an additional baby bed, please contact us.

The location is perfect for a car-free vacation if you wish, all shops for daily needs such as restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and of course the ice cream parlor are within walking distance. Piazza Italia with its bars and restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away.


The fine sandy Budoni beach is approx. 1,500 meters away, use the free bus during the summer months to explore the surrounding beaches and bays.

The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. Fridge with freezer and separate wine cooler.
In the living room there is a large flat screen TV with satellite reception (German, Italian and French programs), ADSL internet access and a stereo system.
A washing machine is in the lower bathroom.
Barbecue area and outdoor shower with hot and cold water are available in the private garden.
Enjoy the sunset with a view over Budoni on the spacious 15 m² terrace. Smoking is allowed here, smoking is not permitted in the house itself.
