Bibione. The holiday apartment is located in a residence, on an enclosed property, bounded by a fence. The recently fully renovated building has 3 floors and features a lift directly from the ground floor. In a very central location, 50 m from the pedestrian area and all shops, restaurants/pizzerias, bars and ice-cream parlours, only 250 m from the beach and about 450 m from the spa. Access is directly from the main (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 13 m, 1.50 m deep). Paddling pool. Indoor pool (usable from mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 3 m, 0.5 m deep). The pool features a shower and a sun terrace with deck chairs and sun loungers.
