This cosy studio apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 4 people on 32 m² and is ideal for couples or small families who want to spend a relaxed holiday directly by the sea. The apartment is modern equipped with a kitchenette, a dining area, a double bed and a bunk bed. Sat-TV, WiFi and air conditioning ensure comfort, and the bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. From the covered balcony with awning, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view and spend relaxed hours outdoors. Bed linen and towels are provided, pets are not allowed.



The holiday home itself offers its guests an additional garden and courtyard with a lawn, a sun terrace, barbecue facilities, and a common room. A private parking space is available directly at the house. The fine-gravel beach is only 10 metres away, and restaurants, supermarkets, and the centre of the holiday destination Pasman are conveniently accessible on foot.
