Villa

Villa Oleander is located in the bay of Amenopetra between the villages of Glossa and Elios on the west coast of the island of Skopelos. The villa faces south, overlooking the Evia peninsula (Euboea). Armenopetra beach, a sandy / pebble beach, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Elios can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. There are good shops and some recommended tavernas. Even the picturesque village of Glossa, which is about a quarter of an hour's drive from the house, offers good shopping and restaurants.

The villa has a living area of approximately 240 m², has a large living room with open cook - dining area, an open fireplace and a large terrace with beautiful sea views.

There is accommodation for up to eight guests in four spacious double rooms, each with its own bathroom.

One of the bedrooms belongs to a separate and fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen, as well as an anteroom, equipped apartment.

A separate and well soundproofed "TV room" with a large flat screen is also in the house.

In the garden of the house is a pool (10 x 4m) with a large sun terrace and great views of the sea.
