The 177m² suite consists of a spacious living area. Here the tiled stove provides comforting warmth. The dining area with open and fully equipped kitchen adjoins the 60 m² large terrace, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee from your Nespresso machine with stunning views of the Lungau mountains. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is additionally equipped with a flatscreen TV and a furniture safe. Also in the other three bedrooms there is a safe and a 40 flatscreen TV, which is mounted on an old wood wall. For one of the 3 bedrooms there is a separate shower room. Guests in the other two bedrooms share a modern shower room.

The alpine villa villa with a total of 650 m² impresses with the fusion of natural stone and wood materials, modern elements as well as the extraordinary equipment and furnishings. This holiday home is located just a few minutes walk from the center of Mauterndorf. The property is divided into three lovingly designed units, which can be booked individually or combined for larger groups. A total of up to 26 guests can comfortably accommodate.
