Apartment

The house is detached and is idyllically situated in a cul-de-sac. A short walk of approx. 800m leads directly to the outer dike. Bicycle tours and walks are therefore perfect. You can often see beautiful sunrises and sunsets and admire a starry sky on cloudless nights. The apartment is quiet and lies in the middle of meadows and fields - ideal for relaxing. Bicycles can be rented in the neighboring towns of Garding, Westerhever and Sankt Peter-Ording. The nearest supermarket is 10km away in Garding, so a car is essential.

THE LIVING ROOM
The apartment is on the 1st Upstairs in my house. It is a good 80 m² in size, modern, bright and ideal for up to 4 people (plus a small child). An additional bed can be provided on request at an additional cost. You can park on the property in front of the house. There is very good WiFi reception in the entire apartment. The large property can be used with pleasure.
Open kitchen with dining area, stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Living area with couch furniture and flat-screen satellite TV.

2 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom with double bed (180 * 200 cm), 1 bedroom / children's room with 2 single beds (90 * 200 cm).

Spacious bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I live on the ground floor and am happy to answer any questions, problems, etc.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
Towels and bed linen are included in the price.
Only a neutered dog or female is allowed in the apartment because I have an intact male myself.
An extra bed can be placed for an additional charge of 10 euros per night.

PETS
Pets are allowed after prior agreement. Additional costs may apply.
