The excellently preserved half-timbered house is located in a quiet location in the center of the small village Groß Wokern directly at the foot of the oldest Feldsteinkirche Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The nearby Bergfelder See can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. On the outskirts there is a riding stable with the possibility to ride. Hunters have the opportunity to go hunting after consultation with the landlord. The town of Teterow is 7 km away. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, a gallery, a museum and smaller shops. In the house of the landlord there is a 1-room apartment with kitchen and a double room with shower / WC. Both are accessible via a separate entrance. In the hallway a spacious tea kitchen with seating is integrated, which can be used in Bedarsfall for common evenings of the tenants. After consultation with the landlord, it is possible to use a patio on his premises.
