Apartment

Apartment No. 01 is on the ground floor of Villa Seeblick. The apartment for up to two people and in a size of 37 m² is very high quality with selected design furniture and has two rooms: a large living room with Sony flat screen TV and open kitchen (high quality Siemens appliances), a spacious Bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a large bathroom with shower / toilet. The floors of the apartment consist of oak parquet. From the living room and the balcony you have a very nice side view of the Baltic Sea.

The apartment has a balcony with partial sea views and cozy balcony furniture.

The sauna, the apartment's own internet access via W-LAN and a parking space No. 07 in the underground car park (double parker) are available to guests, only 15 euros per night. Apartment 01 can be reached via the villa entrance stairs in the rear garden area of the building or via the underground garage via the stairwell and elevator. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer available for guests (inserting a coin).
Smoking is not allowed in apartment 01 (but possible on the balcony). Pets are not allowed (note: a pet is welcome in apartment 13 in the Seeblick beach house). In the underground garage, bicycles can be safely parked and connected in a separate room.
