The apartments are located in the Ferienhof high above Stadtkyll, are around 55m², 70m² and 90m² in size and are suitable for 2 - 4, 4 or 6 people direct access to your own terrace or garden with a wide view over the Eifel to the "Black Man". The apartments have 2-3 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living-dining room, with a high-quality Nobilia fitted kitchen with built-in appliances such as: dishwasher, extractor hood, oven, ceramic hob and a large fridge. The kitchen also has extensive equipment. The dining area is furnished with a large table and leather upholstered chairs, the living area with a comfortable leather couch and flat-screen TV. In all rooms there is underfloor heating, which is fed by geothermal energy. The property has its own well. The apartments are newly furnished and will open as a holiday home in January 2014.
