Ground floor apartment on the upper floor of a detached villa (hillside) built in 2004, the last house on the developed road. From your own parking space here it goes up 3 steps to the spacious reception terrace with afternoon sun and a barbecue area. Shadows donate here a huge palm tree and 3 olive trees. Through a narrow covered passage, it goes to the entrance of the apartment. Standing in the hallway, the bright light lets you already see the view through the wide living / dining area down to Dolcedo and the green Val-Prino valley. Left and right are the two large double bedrooms and in between the bathroom with shower and bidet. Now step onto the terrace and enjoy the views of Dolcedo and the sea. An even better impression of the environment dominated by olive trees you gain on the not directly visible third terrace (see pictures) on the house roof. This can be reached via the stairs to the left of your entrance. The apartment is technically well equipped with Wi-Fi, computer, flat screen TV, microwave, a high-quality Italian coffee machine, washing machine, a top freezer including ice maker, with space for a lot of bottles, fruits, vegetables. In addition, various household appliances, new cookware, high-quality stainless steel cutlery, etc. Walk down to Dolcedo, Baguette or Brioche in 10 minutes and drink their first cappuccino in the morning right in the center of the medieval village. Here you can also buy groceries for your daily needs, there are two butchers, a grocery store, a bakery, a pharmacy and local high quality products, which are also very popular as a gift. At night there are at least 6 restorations available on foot and in the open air to satisfy your culinary needs. Take a holiday on the Mediterranean Sea (about 9 km from the apartment), there are beautiful beaches in Imperia and the surrounding area, in Imperia-Oneglia you can go shopping or enjoy fresh fish at the harbor. You can go hiking or cycling right from your apartment, or visit great places such as Albenga, Alassio, Cervo, San Remo, Nice or Monaco. Have a relaxed breakfast at home with a wonderful view of the medieval village of Dolcedo, drink your wine in the evening under a starry sky, as you can not see us here and let yourself be infected by this Italian lifestyle.
