Villa Charco del Sultán is located in a quiet residential area in the north of Conil de la Frontera. This white ranch-style house features a bright living/dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The child-friendly property also offers Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a TV. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area, where you will find a barbecue, a covered terrace with a dining area, and a well-kept lawn. The private, fenced pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days and unwinding.



The nearest supermarket is 900 m away (about 3 minutes by car), and a restaurant is just 500 m from the property. For a wider selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and boutiques, visit the center of Conil, only 2 km away.



Parking is available on the property. Up to 2 pets (max. 15 kg each) are allowed. According to local regulations, all guests must provide ID details and sign a contract. Visits from non-registered persons during your stay are not permitted. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit and termination of the contract. Late check-out is possible on request and available for an extra fee. Firewood for the fireplace is not included. Bedrooms do not have heating.
