The facility includes a satellite TV with WiFi, some books and games.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement. Use of the sauna is possible in the neighboring building for a fee.
A parking space in the underground garage (from here direct path through the house to the apartment) and a bicycle room are available.
The distance to the beach is about 40 m, to the pier 200 m (event point). It is about a 5-minute walk to the center.
Pets (dog, cat, etc.) are allowed in this apartment.
