The apartment No. 4b can accommodate max. 4 people. The living space of the approximately 63 m² accommodation is distributed as follows: Ground floor: shower room, kitchen, living / dining room, storage room under the stairs, terrace.

Attic: A bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe and a bedroom in solid pine with double bed, one nightstand, dresser and large wardrobe. A travel cot with extra mattress is available, this can be placed in the double bedroom.

On the ground floor there are blinds in front of all the windows and the patio door, in the attic blackout blinds.
Living room with satellite TV (flat screen with 81s diagonal), DVD player, stereo and CD player, sofa, massive living room cabinet and massive dining area. Free Wi-Fi available.
There are a total of sleeps for four people and a toddler (in travel cot) available.
Complete fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hot air oven with ceramic hob and coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
Bathroom with window, shower and toilet and hair dryer and built-in wall radio.

From the living room you have access to the terrace, in front of it is a lawn. An electric awning provides shade in summer. Garden furniture with cushions and a barbecue are available.
The terrace and lawn are not visible and completely fenced with hedge and fence child and dog safe.
1 - 2 small dogs or 1 medium sized dog are allowed. Also a cat or other pets may be brought.

The complex consists of 3 terraced houses. The object of the family Tovar lies in the middle. The Mittelreihenhaus is located in a beautiful, quiet cul de sac location, 700 meters from the beach and the center of Grömitz, and 500 meters from the Sky Markt and Aldi.
