The four-room apartment Viermaster offers you plenty of space to relax on 90 m². The large living room has a cozy sofa corner and a large dining area. From here you have access to the first balcony, which faces west and the garden. In addition, one of the three bedrooms adjoins the living room with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a spacious wardrobe. The other two bedrooms can be reached from the hallway. The smaller bedroom with the comfortable day bed (usable as a single bed with a width of 0.90 and as a double bed with a width of 1.70) is ideal as a children's room. The third bedroom also has a double bed (1.80 wide) and a wardrobe. There are blackout blinds on all windows in the bedrooms. The bright and spacious kitchen impresses with plenty of work space and new, high-quality kitchen appliances. The bathtub in the wellness bathroom invites you to relax. A towel radiator and a large shower are also part of the bathroom. From here you have access to the second balcony, which faces east. The separate guest toilet completes the offer.
