The heart of our modern holiday home is located on the ground floor, here you will find a large open living and dining area with adjoining conservatory and a play area for the little guests. Here you can spend nice evenings with friends, in the group or the whole family, watching an exciting movie or planning the next day together. Cozy seating is shared throughout the room, so you also have the opportunity to sit back and read your favorite book or newspaper. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, toaster and of course many other cooking utensils. The delicious meals can be eaten together with your loved ones at the dining table or in our beautiful garden. The holiday home has 1 bathroom with bath, toilet and walk-in shower on the ground floor and the 2nd Bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs, plus additional downstairs 1 guest toilet. There are two bedrooms with comfortable double bed on the ground floor and another bedroom with a double and single bed upstairs, which you can also use as a relaxation room to relax. So that our little guests feel just as well, there are 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs, bathtub, baby monitor, children's dishes, and toys available.

You travel by wheelchair or walker, or need a care bed for your stay: no problem. In our house there are ramps for the entrance area, as well as the conservatory. In addition, we can arrange rental chairs, leash roller or nursing beds. Our entire ground floor area is barrier-free.

Our small and idyllic and enclosed garden invites you to relax and feel good. On the lawn you can relax on the sun loungers really. There are enough beach chairs and garden chairs available, as well as a barbecue and children's play equipment. There are also 2 bicycles, 1 children's bike and 1 children's bike seat at leisure. Other bicycles can be provided upon request.

If the weather is typical Ostfriesisch, you can try our upstairs gym. If you arrive by car, you have your own parking space available. For your brought bikes there is a garaging in our log cabin.  

Our barrier-free family-friendly holiday home is located in the south of East Frisia, in the beautiful village of Rhauderfehn. Here you will find a wide variety of leisure activities. Whether by car, bicycle or on long hiking tours, just explore the beauties of our landscape. At the motocross tours "Rhauderfehn experienced" and the German Fehnroute you can start directly at our front door. You should also plan a canoe trip by paddle and pedal during your holiday. Visit the Meyerwerft in Papenburg (about 15 km) and learn about the construction of the cruise ships, the Ottohus in Emden (about 50 km) and may meet the most famous freeman of the city. Experience energy in the Energy, Education and Adventure Center Aurich. You can expect an exciting exhibition around the topic of energy and how we experience it in our everyday life or you visit our twin mills in Greetsiel. In Ostfriesenwetter it is only a small jump to shopping in Groningen (NL) or Leer (15 miles). A trip for the whole family leads to the zoo and climbing forest Thüle (about 35 km) After an eventful day, you can of the Local restaurants spoil you with delicious food. To the center you need max. 5 min., there you have all the shopping possibilities.
