The apartment complex By de Wyk was built directly on the popular Wyker South Beach. The house has an indoor pool and a sauna (sauna use for a fee). There is an elevator in the house, and all apartments have a balcony overlooking the sea with sea views. The apartment A1 is located on the far eastern edge of the complex on the mezzanine floor.
