A highlight of the detached house is the luxurious living area with open kitchen and panoramic views. Here you can really speak of in a "living environment". The room, decorated in earthy tones and with high-quality materials, merges with the sea and the dunes, which extend in front of the floor-to-ceiling glass front. In the equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, oven and dishwasher quality kitchen can also conjure up larger menus. A few courses in the in-house sauna before eating, followed by a glass of wine in front of the flickering fire of the fireplace while the Baltic Sea sings its night song outside. Thus, the idea of the perfect holiday home on the sea was realized on approximately 137 square meters of living space, distributed on the ground floor and attic floor.
