The comfortably furnished apartment was newly built in 2016 and is located on the edge of the center of Burg in a quiet residential area.
The apartment is equipped with a comfortable living room and bedroom with a 1.60 m wide double bed,
a shower room,
a kitchen with dining area and
a developed loft (not finished) with two single beds
(90 x 200 m).
The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4-ring ceramic hob) with oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The apartment is located on the first floor.
In front of the front door to the first floor there is a small area equipped with seating, to pleasantly end the day with a drink and / or a cigarette. Even cozy barbecues is nothing contrary, because in the garden area also seating and a barbecue are available.
A parking space, as well as storage facilities for bicycles are also available on the property.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are beautiful Sparzier- and bike paths towards Burgstaaken and the south beach.
The city center, with its diverse shopping and restorations, can be reached on foot in less than five minutes.
