First floor of an architecturally very attractive, well-kept house in the old town (Wendstraße), only a few minutes from the harbor, market square and from the new lake promenade.

The apartment has a shower room (with hair dryer), a fully equipped with comfortable seating, dishwasher, microwave and toaster fitted kitchen and two beautifully furnished balconies to the south and north side. Living room and bedroom are furnished to the high standards and each equipped with a flat screen TV.
Additional features include: compact compact radio / CD player, clock radio, iron and ironing board.
The car parking space No. 10 is located directly at the house.
Tasteful linens and towels are included in the price.
