From the balcony of the bedroom you have a wonderful view over the marina, Graswarder (nature reserve) and to the Baltic Sea.

The living-dining area is equipped with a high quality fitted kitchen. (Electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and rich dining and cooking utensils.)

A cozy sitting area with 2 original chairs without chairs, couch for two and a wood-burning stove invite you to relax and dream.
The second south-west facing balcony offers a view of the lake, the old town and the setting sun.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a large window.

Due to the convenient location of the apartment, the Baltic Sea beach, the pier and the old town are within walking distance.
A breakfast cafe is located in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is suitable for a family with two children or 3 adults.
