This beautiful holiday home is located in a complex of 5, built in 2012, very high quality homes.
The semi-detached house is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach and is quiet and sheltered in the second row behind the beach. The house is lovingly decorated with maritime charm.

Whether you have breakfast on the spacious, south-facing terrace or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony, the sound of the sea will accompany you.
If the evenings are a bit cooler, heat the stove or opt for a sauna session. The EC and the bathrooms are heated by floor heating, all other rooms by radiators, so that the house is available year-round. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, high oven, microwave, fridge and separate freezer. Kettle, coffee maker and toaster are of course.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with floor-level shower, as well as the washing machine and dryer (for a fee) equipped utility room. Upstairs is the bathroom with sauna (for a fee), large walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony to enjoy the setting sun.
All bedrooms have darkening blinds or Curtains and are provided with insect repellent to allow a restful, undisturbed sleep. Also terrace and balcony are equipped with insect screens.
In the associated shed you can store your bikes, there you will also find the charcoal grill, if you want to end the evening on the terrace the beautiful day. The house also has 2 car parking spaces.
