Apartment

The apartment is on the 2nd Upstairs and has a floor area of 60 m² (living area 55 m²) with airy character thanks to the open gable roof.

It has two bedrooms, equipped with high-quality box spring beds (1.80 m and 1.60 m lying area). The duvets and pillows are provided with allergy-friendly protective covers. Built-in wardrobes provide sufficient storage space.
The living / dining area has a modern fitted kitchen including high quality electrical appliances (dishwasher, etc.) and a spacious dining area. A comfortable sitting area with leather sofa and 360 degree rotatable Rolf Benz armchairs complete the ambience. A stove creates cosiness, especially in the cold season.
The entire apartment is equipped with real wood parquet. Internet-enabled TVs are available in both bedrooms and the living room. Of course you have free Wi-Fi available (the access data, please refer to the information folder). On the balcony doors Sichtschutzplissees are provided and insect repellent plaques.

The west-facing balcony loggia opens up a wide view over the lake with the newly built inland beach. From here you can enjoy the really spectacular sunsets. The east-facing balcony in front of the bedrooms overlooks the marina over the Graswarder to the Baltic Sea. All skylights are electrically controlled and equipped with rain sensors, the bedroom windows additionally with electric blackout blinds.
The bathroom is comfortably equipped with underfloor heating, a towel warmer, a floor-level rain shower and a GIRA radio integrated into the wall.
In the separate storage room are washer and dryer (Miele), as well as a cordless vacuum cleaner (Dyson). For our little guests you will find there a high chair and a cot (travel cot).
The parking space with the number 20 is reserved for your vehicle. Parking for bicycles, scooters, etc. are located right outside the front door.

The beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the pier can be reached in just a few minutes walk through the complex. The old town with numerous restaurants and shops is within walking distance.
