The modern furnished apartment offers you a bedroom with a double bed (box spring bed), a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave.

A smart TV in the living room and bedroom, a CD and DVD player, a fireplace and free Wi-Fi complete the high-quality equipment.

The bathroom has underfloor heating, a towel warmer, a generous
walk-in shower with rain shower and a combined washer-dryer.
In addition, there is a cozy Finnish sauna made of light spruce wood in the apartment.
The apartment has 2 balconies, from the balcony in southern exposure you can enjoy the view of the marina and the promenade.

For bicycles, there is a separate storage room in the house, including a charging facility for e-bikes.
You can park your car in the reserved parking lot right outside the front door.

In the immediate vicinity are small shops, restaurants, a children's playground and barbecue areas with freely available grills.
Due to the absolutely central location, the old town, the fishing port, the lake, the beach, the natural landscape "Graswarder" and the pier can be reached quickly on foot.

The stylishly decorated holiday apartment comprising a double bed (box spring bed), a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a spacious living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and therefore has a dishwasher and microwave. In the living room and bedroom there is a Smart TV each. The high-quality facilities include a CD and DVD player, a fireplace as well as free Wi-Fi.
The bathroom is equipped with floor heating, towel warmers, spacious walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, and a washer-dryer. The apartment also features a cozy Finnish sauna made of bright spruce wood.
There are two balconies. The south-facing balcony has a wonderful view of the marina and the promenade.
There is a bicycle storage room with e-bike charging points in the house. Parking space is available just outside the house.
Small shops, restaurants, a children's playground and a barbecue area are located within walking distance. Because of the centrality, the old town, fishing harbor, lake, bathing beach, pier as well as the stunning scenery 'Graswarder' are easily accessible on foot.
