The terraced house "Steffens im Mittelweg" is quiet and offers space for max. 4 people. The main beach is about 7 minutes walk.
The living space of the approx. 63 m ² large apartment is spread over four floors of a living / dining room, a small hallway with a small kitchenette and two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment can be reached via a few steps, as are stairs in the apartment. The ground floor is the living area, this is provided with a comfortable sofa (sleeps an adult or two children), dining area with four chairs and a flat-screen TV. From here you have access to the covered and furnished terrace, a parasol is available. On the terrace may like to be smoked. The terrace is equipped with a glass roof and wind and privacy from both sides, so the "second living room" can be used almost all year round. In the entrance area is a small kitchenette available, this is u. a. equipped with 4 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven and other kitchen appliances. In the basement there is one of the two bedrooms, a single bunk bed (extendable to the double bed, 1.60 mx 2.00 m), as well as a wardrobe and a TV. On the first floor is the daylight bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a large vanity, a toilet and built-in wardrobes. A few steps up the second bedroom is available for you, it is equipped with a double bed (separate mattresses, open foot, dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m), a fitted wardrobe and a mirror.

During the high season (approx. Easter to October), a free beach chair is available on the beach.
