Our spacious, bright semi-detached house was completely renovated and furnished in 2012/13. On 80 m² living space with a quiet southwest terrace, you can enjoy carefree Baltic Sea holiday in the lively Grömitz. Far from the hustle and bustle of tourism to live undisturbed, but close enough to the center to be in a hustle and bustle in a few minutes.

Ground floor: hall with mirror, wardrobe and shoe and softwood cabinet, guest toilet, modern fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, grill, fridge with sep. Freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water and egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster. Includes filter bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets and a selection of common spices. 27 m² living room with large window front, sitting area (3 and 2 couch) in maritime design, dining area with antique softwood furniture and kitchen buffet, highchair. First floor: Spacious, bright, 21 m² large bedroom in country house style with 2x2 m large double bed, 3-part wardrobe with mirror, small desk, sideboard and small bench. Our house is located on a pedestrianized street in the outskirts of Grömitz direction Lensterstrand. Within walking distance you reach the beach promenade in about 5 minutes. Guests with a dog have a short walk to the dog beach. To the pier or the Grömitzer pedestrian zone you walk over the beach promenade about 15 minutes. Two shopping markets (Rewe and Aldi) with opening also on Sundays can be reached by car or bicycle in a few minutes. Follow the map on the middle road to the street Brookgang. Spa guests or guests who require continuous medical care during their holidays will find a general practitioner / spa doctor in the neighboring house on Hamburger Weg. Many on-site dining options can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle
