Apartment for up to four people with a fantastic lake view. The main beach and the spa promenade can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable couch corner, dining table and four chairs, TV. Wall unit with two fold-out wall beds. From the living room you have access to the spacious and wind-protected balcony, which is equipped with high-quality wooden garden furniture and an awning.
The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space in fitted wardrobes. Attractive modern bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the entrance area there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave and the usual small appliances.
The apartment is designed with easy-care design planks.

There is a large meadow opposite the apartment house.
A Bavarian week with daily live music will take place there from 14 to 18 August 2019.
From the 14th to the 15th September 2019 the meadow will be used as the start and end point for the Xletix Challenge. Loudspeaker announcements must be expected on these days.

In addition, some construction noise must be expected on a neighboring property during the 2019 season.
