This apartment is located in the 2. Floor and has partial lake view. The living room and bedrooms are laid out with laminate flooring. In the living room with open EBK, 4-ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, pots, pans and glasses are also included. A cozy 2-seat suite with side table and a dining table with chairs, a large flat screen TV and a stereo are also in the apartment.
The bedroom has a double bed (190 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The spacious, tiled shower room with mirror cabinet offers plenty of storage space.
In about 1 minute walk you are on the fine Baltic Sea beach with its promenade and tennis courts. Restaurants, shops and a miniature golf course are also nearby. The nearest shops (bakery, EDEKA, etc.) as well as doctors and a pharmacy can be reached in about 3 minutes. For your car parking is available at the house.
