About This Property
The penthouse apartment in the 2nd OG (with elevator) impresses with its generous glass fronts in the 40 sqm large living / dining area with views towards the Baltic Sea! The distance to the Baltic Sea and the fine sandy beach of Großenbrode is about 80 to 100 m.
This apartment is the perfect vacation home! The decor is modern (LCD TV 40-inch, DVD-5, 1. home cinema system) and designed for 4 people. On the adjoining large roof terrace (17.5 square meters) invite you to sun loungers, a cozy sun lounger and, if necessary, a large parasol to stay and sunbathe.
The kitchen open to the living area with beautiful counter element and access to the roof terrace is of course equipped with all modern technical equipment (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.), so that home cooks get their money.
Underfloor heating in the bathroom and in the living area as well as a crackling fireplace provide for colder days for cozy warmth in your holiday home. In addition, a sauna is available in the high-quality and spacious bathroom.
The two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) are equipped with soft carpet and each have direct access to the second roof terrace! One of the two bedrooms has another 32-inch LCD TV.
As a free service, we provide you with towels and bed linen for your stay - so you will not have to go to bed and do laundry ... if you need to wash during your stay, you can also use a tumble dryer.
For guests arriving by car, of course, a parking space is available directly at the house.
The environment:
Großenbrode combines in a pleasant way the flair of a cozy Baltic spa with the sporty, active activity on the water. Whether a family holiday on a very fine-grained sandy beach, a holiday in nature or pure water sports - Großenbrode offers something for every taste and every age.
Großenbrode is one of the sunniest and rainiest areas in Germany. Due to its proximity to Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, the Hohwacht bay or to our neighbors to Denmark Großenbrode is the ideal starting point for many destinations. Along the Baltic Sea Cycle Route you have the opportunity to be inspired by the Wagric peninsula and the 15 km long, charming and varied coast around Großenbrode.
The scenic Fehmarn Island with the town of Fehmarn and many sights can be reached directly via the Fehmarnsund Bridge. For a trip to Denmark, the Scandlines ferry leaves every 30 minutes from Puttgarnden to Rödby. The crossing takes about 45 minutes and can be done by car.
