Our sunny, modern furnished apartment (39m²) is designed for 2 adults and consists of a living room with a large 42 "flat screen, which is connected to a digital satellite receiver. As facilities is a corner sofa bed available, which if necessary for a 3. Person could be used as a bed, as well as a comfortable TV chair. Furthermore, it is also something "reading material" available.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, as well as a sufficiently dimensioned closet for the storage of your clothes. Of course, there are also two desserts, which are provided with small lamps. We are happy to provide you a travel cot for free. We also keep the bed linen free of charge for you.
In the spacious kitchen with dining area you feel immediately comfortable. Facilities include microwave, kettle, coffee maker, radio and toaster. Pots cutlery, etc. are of course available. We are happy to provide you with a children's highchair free of charge.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a beautiful sink, towel radiator, shower 70x90, you have plenty of space in the bathroom integrated shelf for your personal equipment. As a free service we provide towels and bath towels, and bath mat.
From the upper floor you have a good view of the adjacent former "railway tracks", this is a bike / hiking trail, which leads to the port Burgstaaken. The apartment is located quite quiet on the outskirts, as the mill road ends in a dirt road. The free parking is located in front of the house on our property. No through traffic. Nevertheless, in about 300m distance the shopping market sky with baker can be reached. To the city center it is as the crow flies 500m. 10 minutes walk to stroll, shop, eat or have a drink.
We (your landlord) live on the ground floor in the same house and share the entrance with you. From the small common hallway both apartment entrance doors go off. We therefore regard the entrance to the apartment as separate.
The whole house is a Non smoking house. It may like to smoke, but only on the doorstep. Our apartment has an allergy friendly laminate floor. Our price includes all additional costs for electricity, heating etc.
Furthermore, an Internet connection (DSL 16000) via WLAN is available free of charge, the access data you will receive free of charge on demand.
