The living space of the approx. 45 m² apartment is divided into a cozy living room with dining area - from here you have access to the furnished balcony - a separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom of the apartment is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm - separate mattresses) and has a large wardrobe. The separate small kitchen is u. a. Equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooker and oven at working height - many kitchen appliances such as toasters, coffee machines etc. are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. A small storage room is also available.

Although the property is centrally located, it is very quiet.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Baltic Sea, the spa gardens and the town center with shops, pharmacies, doctors and banks.
